Questions

I've never done yoga. Is this for me?

Yes. Every pose starts from zero with simple instructions, an easier modification and safety notes. The programme begins with sitting, standing and resting before introducing anything more demanding.

Do I need any equipment?

A yoga mat or a non-slip rug is enough. A cushion, a folded blanket and a sturdy chair or wall are helpful for the beginner modifications.

What if I miss a day of the programme?

Nothing is locked to the calendar. Lessons are numbered, not dated, so you can pause, catch up, repeat a day or go back at any time.

Is the ₹299 a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment that unlocks the full 30-day programme and the complete asana library on your account.

Do I need an account for the free poses?

No. You can practise the five free poses as a guest. Sign in with Google if you want your sessions and streak saved across devices.

Is yoga safe for me?

Yoga is generally gentle, but this app is educational and not medical advice. If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or have a health condition, speak to your doctor first.
